1. Cadastral Survey
To provide cadastral survey throughout the country as well as consulting for all types of land survey. From boundary checking, land sub-division, the combining of land title deeds and upgrading to Chanote title; the full or partial priority package is offered with the equivalent authority (Private Surveyor Act B.E. 2535) as the land office surveyor certified by the land office; obtained on your behalf.

2. Topographic Survey
Involves Topographic Survey, Contour Map and Construction Survey. We offer you the full survey report and the work generally involves traversing, assigning bench markers, using these benchmarks on horizontal and vertical control, traverse with an assumed co-ordinate system. We collect details of both natural occurrence and human creation and elevate the land by grid method. We provide you with a survey report with a map to display the topography including the contour lines created by a program specifically designed for survey work which also contains all details collected from the field.

3. Master Planning and Infrastructure Design
We design and prepare the land for sub-division as required by the client in order to submit to the Land Office. We survey the land and redesign areas which are steep and require a road as well as planning and designing the infrastructure.
